With the US presidential campaign already underway, some Americans may head to their embassy to get more info on absentee balloting, although I believe you can do it online or over slow mail depending on what state you are from. Anyway, here is a nice map of the US Embassy in Tokyo for those who need it. But there is a surprise!
We’ve added two more Citibanks
Citibank Ikebukuro →Citibank Ikebukuro
Citibank Metropolitan Plaza ATM Corner→Citibank Metropolitan Plaza ATM Corner (Ikebukuro)
Here is a list with maps to some of the Italian restaurants in the Roppongi-Azabu area.
Please feel free to comment on any of these places. There will be more coming in this area soon!
A popular bar among the expat crowd in the new Tokyo Midtown is A971 GARDEN<>HOUSE. Some people have compared it to Heartland, which is not a flattering comparison. Been there once on a weekend. It was pretty packed and the music was a bit loud, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Here is a map to the location A971 GARDEN<>HOUSE
Take a look at what we are doing in the Roppongi-Azabu area. It is not finished, so if you would like a location in this area, please send the name, phone number, and other information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give us at least the name and phone number.

The Pink Cow is one of the few restaurants/bars I feel comfortable going by myself. There is usually someone I know there, and if not, it”s relatively easy to make friends. That’s because it’s such a relaxing place. It can even make someone like me chill out a bit. Traci, who runs the place, always makes you feel at home. I especially recommend the Friday night buffet. Great food.
Pink Cow holds many events. In fact, there is one almost every night. Check here for this month’s schedule http://www.thepinkcow.com/NewCalender_e.htm. Not all appeal to me, but that doesn’t really matter. I can always sit in the “bar room” and chat with the people there. The only problem is that I don’t smoke and it’s a smoking room. Can’t have everything, I guess.
Here is the map. The Pink Cow The map has a link to the month’s schedule, so you can send it to your mobile phone and bookmark it. You can then access the schedule from your phone anytime.
Great food and atmosphere. What more do you want? OK, a non-smoking bar room.
